AkzoNobel is seeking a Capacity Manager to optimize capacity, inventory, and supply chain performance across our manufacturing and distribution network. You will work with cross-functional teams to balance demand with operational capacity and inventory performance.

The role demands strong analytical capability, experience with RCCP/IBP and S&OP processes, and a proactive approach to driving improvements across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and ERP experience.
• Experience supporting S&OP, S&OE, or IBP processes.
• Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across multiple functions.

Responsabilités

• Lead capacity planning activities across manufacturing and distribution operations.
• Drive RCCP and IBP process improvements.
• Analyze inventory and capacity trends to identify risks and opportunities.
• Lead initiatives to improve inventory performance and reduce excess/obsolete stock (SLOB).
• Develop scenarios and recommendations for business decision-making.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Logistics, Planning, and Commercial teams to improve performance.
• Coordinate governance meetings and provide insights via analytics and reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement projects focused on service, inventory, and efficiency.
