Job summary

Los Alamos National Laboratory in Los Alamos, NM seeks a capable leader to serve as the Capability-Based Investments (CBI) Program Manager within the Weapons Infrastructure Program Office. This role guides identification, development, planning, and execution of LANL's CBI portfolio to align with mission requirements and national priorities.

The ideal candidate will oversee portfolio prioritization, coordinate with the NA-193 Federal Office, manage lifecycle delivery, and report on status using

Qualifications

• Expert-level knowledge of project and program management with baselines and EVM.
• Experience interfacing with NNSA and federal program managers and PPBE coordination.
• Proficiency with project management information systems, especially G2.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and prioritize LANL CBI projects aligning with priorities and requirements.
• Own and manage LANL CBI projects through lifecycle with risk and change control.
• Coordinate with NA-193 Federal Office and other WIPO elements for integration.
