Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Planning, Interior Design, or a closely related field.
• 4–6 years of professional planning/architecture experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with campus stakeholders to translate space needs into planning solutions.
• Develop space programs, conceptual plans, and layouts for academic and administrative spaces.
• Design surveys and gather data to inform space utilization and planning decisions.
• Analyze utilization data using planning metrics to guide decisions.
• Prepare planning documentation and communicate recommendations.
