Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees establishment of goals and objectives; plans, implements, coordinate, monitors, and evaluate policies and procedures.
• Oversees the preparation of management and productivity reports; coordinates and evaluates business functions.
• Maintain financial and budget records; monitors budget expenditures.
• Oversees and approves schedules, priorities, and standards for achieving goals; assist in development and implementation of goals for assigned departments.
• Provides leadership, coaching, and professional development for managers, supervisors, and staff; supports workforce planning and performance management.
