Qualifications

• BA/BS plus 6 years of relevant regulatory experience.
• Experience with California state funding programs preferred.
• Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Research and interpret California State regulations related to school facility funding.
• Identify and evaluate available funding opportunities.
• Prepare and submit accurate grant applications and related documentation.
• Prepare and/or support expense reports for auditors.
• Collaborate with attorneys, CPAs, and administrative agencies to gather required information.
• Maintain organized records of all grant-related materials.
• Define data requirements and support grant tracking systems with IT.
