Job summary

CACI International Inc. seeks a Project Analyst to join the PMO, overseeing global C4ISR DoD projects. You will coordinate stakeholder requirements, manage resources, and develop plans that meet budgets and customer needs.

The role requires 5+ years in C4ISR or similar programs, 2+ years in RF communications or networks, and demonstrated team supervision. Strong written and oral communication is essential; travel is up to 10% across the Continental US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any technical or managerial discipline.
• 5+ years direct work experience with C4ISR or similar program/projects.
• 2+ years direct work experience with design/development, production, installation, and test & evaluation of RF Communications or Communication Networks.
• Experience supervising a project team.
• Experience scheduling work, writing proposals and/or preparing bid.
• Experience ordering and/or transporting equipment and material.
• Knowledge of FAR and DoD procurement policies and procedures.
• Exceptional written and oral communications abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with stakeholders to identify mission requirements and schedules.
• Provide support of tasks and functional operations.
• Develop operation plans that fit within budget and meet customer requirements for global support.
• Act as a liaison between technical and functional areas.
• Support project managers in planning and monitoring program operations.
• Analyze project requirements to ensure stakeholder needs are met.
• Translate requirements into actionable plans and deliverables.
• Create detailed reports on project progress, issues, and outcomes.
• Deliver professional presentations communicating project status, findings, and recommendations.
• Utilize data and visuals to enhance presentation effectiveness.
• Draft, edit, and format documents with Microsoft Word.
• Analyze data and create Excel spreadsheets to support decision-making.
