Job summary

The PMO Squad is seeking a Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle of C5ISR initiatives for a U.S. defense and government systems integration client in Gilbert, AZ.

You will own requirements, integration, deployment, sustainment, and close-out, coordinating with engineering, production, quality, field services, supply chain, finance, and contracts, while interfacing with government customers and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, business, or program management.
• 2+ years formally managing projects as a Project Manager.
• 2+ years in an engineering/operations environment.
• Hands-on experience implementing project risk management.
• Proven leadership of teams in a matrixed environment.
• U.S. citizenship, with the ability to obtain a government security clearance.

• Plan and execute C5ISR projects across development, integration, test, deployment, and sustainment
• Manage cost, schedule, technical performance, quality, and risk to maintain contract compliance
• Apply Earned Value Management (EVMS) and standard project controls
• Build and run risk frameworks: risk registers, mitigation plans, and reporting to leadership and customers
• Lead project reviews, technical interchange meetings, and customer status briefings
• Manage deliverables, SOWs, budgets, resources, and subcontractor agreements

Our client, a U.S. defense and government systems integration company, needs a Project Manager to lead execution of C5ISR (Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Combat Systems, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance) projects under a Program Manager. You'll own the full lifecycle, from requirements and integration through deployment, sustainment, and close-out. You'll work with engineering, production, quality, field services, supply chain, finance, and contracts, and interface with government customers, partners, and suppliers.

What You'll Do
