Job summary

Movora is seeking a Buyer/Planner to join our Supply Chain and Operations team in Whippany, New Jersey. This hands-on role manages supplier purchase orders and coordinates production activities to bring materials to a ship-ready state.

You will build and maintain production schedules, monitor inventory, and serve as a key link between Sales, Manufacturing, Quality Control, and suppliers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of experience in manufacturing, production scheduling, purchasing, or inventory control.
• Strong experience with ERP and MRP systems.
• Experience reading engineering drawings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules to support demand and inventory targets.
• Plan, place, and manage purchase orders for materials and commodities.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities between Sales, Manufacturing, Quality Control, and suppliers.
• Create and maintain Bills of Materials and ensure BOM accuracy within ERP.
