Job summary

Suja Life in Oceanside, CA is seeking a Buyer Planner to oversee end-to-end purchasing and inventory planning for packaging and dry ingredients. You will partner with Production, Operations, suppliers, and 3PL teams to maintain material availability and drive continuous improvement in procurement processes.

Required 3+ years in procurement with CPG experience, strong Excel/MRP skills, and a related bachelor's degree. Some travel may be required as part of supplier coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years in procurement and supply chain.
• CPG industry experience required.
• Strong Excel and MS Office proficiency; ERP/MRP experience.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee replenishment orders and inventory for packaging materials and dry ingredients.
• Maintain optimal inventory and avoid shortages or overstock.
• Manage supplier relationships and ensure reliable communication.
• Collaborate with Production, Operations, and Warehouse to resolve material issues.
• Monitor supplier performance via orders and commitments.
• Coordinate inventory movements between vendor and 3PL warehouses.
• Manage MRP outputs in Excel/ERP to support planning.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Travel up to 10% as needed; may include nights and weekends.
