Job summary

Qualifications

• Administrative experience in a professional setting.
• Prior planning/purchasing experience.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and comfortable speaking on the telephone.
• Ability to work well independently with minimal supervision.
• Data entry experience.
• Familiarity with ERP systems in general.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Assist with organizing inventory; evaluate and recommend solutions to inventory issues.
• Maintain database fields controlling timing and quantity of inventory based on demand and forecasts.
• Coordinate procurement of raw materials; maintain inventory accuracy.
• Dispose inventory when obsolete due to life cycle or engineering changes.
• Record transactions to maintain inventory records.
