Ensign-Bickford Aerospace & Defense Company in Graham, KY seeks a Buyer to manage direct purchasing for production and development programs. You will work under the Senior Supply Chain and Logistics Manager, handling supplier sourcing, RFQs, POs, and supply chain planning in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a BA/BS in a related field, 5+ years of tactical purchasing experience, and familiarity with ERP systems, FAR/DFARS, and MS Office. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualificações

• BA/BS in Supply Chain, Finance, Business or relevant field.
• 5+ years of tactical purchasing experience; aerospace/defense experience preferred.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS and government procurement docs.
• Experience with ERP systems and supply chain processes.
• Detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Procure direct materials and services for EBAD Graham, KY operations and development teams.
• Create and manage supplier RFQs, purchase orders and Kanban workflows.
• Assess supplier capability, select suppliers and negotiate to meet cost and delivery targets.
• Coordinate with engineers on new product proposals and procurement requirements.
• Ensure regulatory compliance for purchasing, storage, and transportation of materials.
