Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 2–4 years of professional Buyer/Planner experience.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and inventory management tools.
• Experience in negotiation and supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to source high-quality materials.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms.
• Maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery.
• Create production schedules aligned with demand and inventory targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, sales, and logistics for efficiency.
• Analyze production forecasts to anticipate material requirements and mitigate shortages or overages.
• Evaluate and monitor supplier performance to ensure quality and delivery standards.
• Identify and onboard new suppliers to support evolving business needs.
