Job summary

Aalo Atomics, based in Austin, TX, is seeking a Buyer to join the Supply Chain team and manage procurement for reactor development components and services. You will convert requests into POs, liaise with suppliers, and ensure timely deliveries in a fast-paced environment.

Collaborating with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Finance, you will analyze quotes, negotiate terms, and maintain accurate ERP/MRP data while driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in purchasing or procurement.
• Demonstrated collaboration with Engineering/Manufacturing to understand requirements.
• Proven track record of managing open orders and ensuring on-time delivery.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite) and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own the full purchase order lifecycle from request to PO receipt.
• Issue purchase requests, analyze quotes, negotiate terms, convert POs.
• Coordinate logistics with suppliers and ensure proper documentation.
