Job summary

Justice Grown is seeking a Buyer to lead sourcing, purchasing, and planning for inventory across production operations. You will manage MRO purchasing, coordinate with vendors, and ensure timely procurement to sustain production and service levels.

The role requires building strong supplier relationships, negotiating favorable terms, and maintaining stock levels while working on-site from Monday to Friday, with occasional after-hours support based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• Experience in retail, CPG, or cannabis industry preferred.
• Ability to analyze sales trends, inventory levels, and customer demand.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Excellent cross-functional communication.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel to dispensaries and vendor sites.

Responsibilities

• Generate POs and maintain vendor relationships.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers.
• Plan, forecast, and purchase to manage inventory.
• Coordinate inbound materials and production inputs.
