Job summary

Waterworks is seeking a Buyer for their Supply Chain team in Danbury, CT. This key position involves managing suppliers and ensuring timely materials delivery to meet customer demand. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

The role requires onsite work three days a week and is accompanied by a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $75,000 a year, along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years’ experience as a buyer or planner in the manufacturing industry.
• Advanced MS Office skills – Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, etc.
• Motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Manage suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
• Oversee procurement cycle from purchase orders to payment.
• Analyze MRP reports to determine supply needs.
