Epiroc in Garland, TX is seeking a Buyer Planner to coordinate purchasing and material planning for production operations. You will work closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure material availability and on-time delivery, while maintaining accurate data in the ERP system.

The role requires 3–5 years of purchasing or planning experience, proficiency with ERP/MRP systems, and strong Excel skills. A CPIM/CPSM or similar certification is a plus.

Formación

• 3–5 years of purchasing, planning, supply chain, or related operations.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems; M3 experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; APICS/CPIM, CPSM certification is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Execute purchase orders and manage acknowledgements, confirmations, and delivery commitments within the ERP system.
• Ensure material availability to support production schedules and customer requirements.
• Escalate supply shortages, lead-time changes, planning exceptions, and pricing concerns.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels and address excess, obsolete, and slow-moving inventory.
• Monitor and update planning parameters, safety stock levels, reorder points, and ERP planning data.
• Build strong supplier relationships and assist with receiving discrepancies and invoice-related issues.
• Communicate supply chain risks and develop mitigation and recovery plans.
• Support production meetings, supply reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain data integrity and comply with Epiroc purchasing policies and procedures.
