The role requires an associates degree in supply chain or business, up to 2 years of experience, MRP knowledge, SAP experience, and strong spreadsheet skills with clear communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Less than 2 years related experience.
• A firm understanding of Materials Requirement Planning (MRP).
• Experience with SAP is preferred.
• Strong computer skills including excellent spreadsheet abilities.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Purchase Raw Materials and Finished Parts - issue purchase orders, optimize pricing, manage inventory, and minimize obsolescence.
• Shortage Management - monitor overdue orders and escalate issues to expedite delivery.
• Planning Analysis / Inventory Management - adjust plans based on demand, forecasts, and supplier reliability.
• Miscellaneous - attend meetings, prepare reports, and collaborate with suppliers, Purchasing, and Operations.
