Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing within manufacturing.
• Strong negotiation, supplier management, and strategic sourcing skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead sourcing and procurement activities for assigned categories of goods and services that support manufacturing, operational, and office needs.
• Identify sourcing opportunities, develop procurement strategies, and lead negotiations for optimal pricing and delivery terms.
• Develop and manage relationships with key suppliers to ensure performance and continuous improvement.
• Identify and implement cost reduction initiatives and analyze spending trends.
• Draft, review, and manage supplier agreements and contracts while ensuring compliance.
• Conduct market research to evaluate supplier capabilities and trends.
• Partner with operations, engineering, finance, IT, and other departments to deliver sourcing solutions.
• Support development and improvement of procurement processes, tools, and reporting.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure appropriate inventory levels of indirect materials and services.
