Job Content: Essential Functions Required for Job

• Disciplinary and functional management of strategic buyers to ensure compliance to policies and procedures throughout the procurement processes, from requisition to receipt of goods or services.
• Execute and oversee the purchasing of goods, services, and materials required by the plant, to ensure quality standards and competitive pricing.
• New vendor setup and relationship management.
• Request quotes for direct and indirect materials based on business needs.
• Negotiate contracts for advantageous terms with suppliers, including pricing and delivery schedules.
• Organize the collection and set-up of all relevant purchasing master data in SAP to maintain info records and schedule agreements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product/service specifications are met and resolve any issues.
• Other duties as assigned.
