Job summary

Nutrabolt is seeking a Buyer to oversee $145 million inContract Manufacturing, Direct Materials, and Indirect Goods annually. You will manage vendors to ensure KPI targets and quality while leading initiatives to reduce total cost of ownership and improve service levels.

The role collaborates with internal teams, drives cost-saving roadmaps, and supports new product launches. A strong emphasis on vendor performance and cross-functional collaboration is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional procurement and vendor management experience with Contract Manufacturers, Direct Materials suppliers, and/or Indirect Goods and Services suppliers.
• Experience establishing and maintaining vendor performance metrics.
• Experience sourcing and negotiating for contract manufacturing, packaging, raw materials, and/or indirect goods and services.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate purchasing activities with supply planning and approved vendors to acquire inventory in a cost-effective and timely manner.
• Utilize supply planning tools to strategically plan and purchase direct materials.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with vendors to maximize performance.
• Identify opportunities to achieve the lowest total cost of ownership for assigned categories.
