Maybell Quantum Industries seeks a Buyer to join the Manufacturing Operations team in Denver. You will own purchase orders from sourcing and execution through delivery for a portfolio of suppliers and parts used in cryogenic systems and dilution refrigerators.

The role emphasizes timing, cost, and accurate ERP data. You’ll work with Production, Planning, Engineering, and Quality to ensure on-time arrival of parts, optimal cost, and accurate records.

Formación

• 1–4 years of experience as a buyer, purchasing agent, or material planner.
• Hands-on experience placing and managing purchase orders in an ERP/MRP system.
• Knowledge of lead times, minimum order quantities, reorder points, and PO terms.
• Strong follow-through and clear supplier communication.
• Organized with the ability to manage many open orders and shifting priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Place, manage, and negotiate purchase orders aligned to build schedules and material requirements.
• Run RFQs for build-to-print and catalog parts; issue drawings, quotes, verify PO pricing, and award recommendations.
• Secure supplier commit dates, keep ERP records current, and flag risks early.
• Process PO changes, reschedules, and cancellations; maintain pricing, quantities, and lead times.
• Resolve invoice, receiving, and pricing discrepancies.
• Own supplier onboarding, NDAs, tax and banking forms, and certification requirements.
• Expedite deliveries and maintain open order status with suppliers.
• Collaborate with Quality on nonconformances and replacements; track performance metrics.
• Support material planning and forecasting; maintain shortage reports and reviews lead times.
