Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years professional procurement or sourcing experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP/MRP or supply chain systems preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience working with suppliers and supporting manufacturing operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze purchase requisitions and coordinate purchasing with manufacturing, planning, and engineering teams.
• Process purchase requisitions, purchase orders, PO changes, and RFQs with suppliers.
• Maintain procurement system data and ensure data integrity.
• Create and maintain BOMs, part numbers, commodity information, supplier records, and other data in enterprise systems.
• Support cost analysis, volume planning, and supplier performance tracking.
• Develop new supply sources and evaluate alternative suppliers for cost and value.
