Insight Global is seeking a Strategic Buyer in Fort Mill, SC to manage procurement of materials and services, optimize supplier relationships, and negotiate favorable pricing and contracts. You will run RFx events, analyze spending, and collaborate with operations to ensure reliable suppliers at competitive costs.

The role demands strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills, plus experience with ERP/purchasing systems. Manufacturing experience is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience within purchasing, procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or a similar function.
• Experience negotiating with suppliers and managing vendor relationships.
• Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills. Experience using an ERP, purchasing, or procurement system.
• Ability to analyze purchasing data and identify opportunities for savings or process improvements.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple suppliers and priorities.
• Experience supporting a manufacturing, production, or similar operating environment is preferred.

Responsabilidades

Job Description

SUMMARYInsight Global is looking for a Strategic Buyer who will be responsible for purchasing materials and services, managing supplier relationships, negotiating pricing and contracts, and identifying opportunities to reduce costs. This person will work closely with suppliers, internal teams, and the Global Procurement team to make sure the business has reliable suppliers at competitive prices.

DAY-TO-DAY

• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on price, quality, reliability, and service.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and supplier agreements.
• Manage relationships with key suppliers and address performance or delivery issues.
• Run sourcing activities such as RFQs, RFPs, and RFIs.
