Western Union is seeking a Director of Strategic Sourcing in Atlanta to lead enterprise-wide sourcing strategies across a multi-hundred million spend. You will guide category strategies, negotiate contracts, and drive supplier governance while partnering with Finance, Legal, Risk, Technology, and Operations to optimize total cost of ownership and value.

The Director of Strategic Sourcing will lead the development and execution of enterprise sourcing and category strategies across approximately $900 million in annual third-party spend. The role is accountable for delivering measurable financial, operational, risk-management, and supplier-performance outcomes while enabling the organization's strategic priorities.
The Director will lead and develop a high-performing sourcing team, advise senior leaders on complex commercial decisions, and partner with Finance, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Technology, Operations, and business-unit stakeholders. This leader will apply external market intelligence, disciplined category management, rigorous negotiation, and strong supplier governance to improve total cost of ownership, manage third-party risk, accelerate innovation, and preserve value throughout the contract lifecycle.
