• Own assigned projects from kickoff through final delivery

• Read a Conflict Resolution system you didn't build and improve it anyway
• Carry general knowledge that doesn't live in any wiki yet
• Communicate progress, blockers, and results to stakeholders and leadership
• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities in a fast-paced general environment
