Job summary

Mercy seeks a seasoned business analyst with 8+ years of experience to define business scope, map data, and configure Lawson modules. You will analyze processes, identify gaps, and deliver functional specifications while coordinating security, data migration, and reconciliation tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of eight years of relevant technical or business work experience.
• Lawson S3 development experience strongly desired.
• Strong supply chain and finance experience preferred.
• Lawson administration experience preferred.
• Deep understanding of information systems and business processes.
• Expertise in requirements management, diagramming, and use cases.
• Experience in design and production of quality deliverables.
• Solid understanding of the SDLC and vendor relationships.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and define business scope and objectives through research and analysis.
• Develop functional specifications, data mapping, and module configuration/testing.
• Identify and resolve gaps in business processes and requirements.
• Assist with security setup, data migration, and reconciliation tasks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to document requirements and design solutions.
• Support project management and manage small to intermediate projects.
