Job summary

enGen is seeking a professional to translate business needs into actionable technical solutions and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle. The role bridges business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring specifications align with business goals.

The position requires collaboration across Product, Architecture, Quality, Delivery, Security, and Vendor teams, with responsibility for continual re-estimation support and ensuring traceability to higher-level requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or closely related field.
• 3 years of experience in an IT discipline.
• Master Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic consultation to business customers in defining or designing business processes, functions and organizational structures.
• Facilitate development of enterprise business solutions that combine knowledge of particular business processes and issues, general technological options, and process facilitation techniques.
• Participate in enterprise strategy development, including environmental analysis, opportunity identification, value cases and business innovation portfolio development.
• Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, including external vendors, ensuring requirements are complete, consistent and verifiable.
• Coordinate and collaborate across Product, Architecture, Quality, Delivery, Security, and Vendor teams; support project re-estimation activities.
