Job summary

Citadel Aviation is seeking a Business Performance Analyst to translate financial and operational data into performance reporting, strategic analysis, and executive insights for Dallas and Lake Charles sites. This high-visibility role partners with leadership to shape how performance is understood and acted upon.

You will build management reports, connect operations to financials, and support board-ready materials while maintaining consistent, forecastable metrics and proactive risk sensing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• 4–7 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, BI, management reporting, or strategy.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present data clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel with financial modeling, pivot tables, and formulas.

Responsibilities

• Own and produce the monthly management reporting package with variance analysis and executive narrative.
• Develop site-level performance summaries linking operations to financial outcomes.
• Support quarterly board and executive QBR decks with insights and scenarios.
• Define and report KPIs across sites, including EBITDA, gross margin, labor utilization, and backlog.
• Synthesize ERP data and BI outputs into decision-ready reports for leadership.
