Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. seeks a Director of Business Operations to deliver strategic business and financial support for the East Region. The role leads margin improvement, talent development, annual planning, and internal controls across multiple sites and corporate interfaces.

The position requires strong GAAP knowledge, financial analysis, and experience managing complex projects. Expect 50–60% travel to support Area sites and collaborate with senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in business required.
• Accounting or Finance strongly preferred.
• CPA or MBA preferred.
• Knowledge of GAAP and financial analysis.
• MS Office especially Excel.
• 5 years progressive financial experience.
• Timeshare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and lead opportunities to improve margin and owner creation.
• Develop talent framework and hire/develop top talent in line with company strategies.
• Lead annual operating plans and analyze compensation plans.
• Establish and enforce internal controls and corporate policies.
• Provide administrative and financial support across the Area and collaborate with site, BU, and corporate teams.
