Qualificações

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in business management, operations, or related analytical function.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, expense management, and financial analysis experience.
• Experience with headcount planning, workforce analytics, and organizational reporting.
• Experience managing or supporting contracts, vendors, and resource allocation.

Responsabilidades

• Drive workforce and headcount planning, including forecasting and reporting.
• Support financial planning through budget forecasting, expense tracking, and variance analysis.
• Produce workforce, financial, and operational analytics for leadership.
• Develop dashboards and reporting using Excel, Power BI, and related tools.
• Manage contract and vendor governance activities and spending visibility.
• Partner with leaders to improve operational processes and organizational effectiveness.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior management.
• Support risk, compliance, and governance activities related to workforce and vendors.
