Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to assist the business in meeting its goals with efficiency.
• Approve and allocate resources based on business priorities.
• Evaluate and recommend changes to policies or procedures.
• Manage customer relations, performance measurement, strategic planning, and budget/financial activities.
• Develop and supervise staff.
• Oversee procurement and contracting procedures and processes.
• Lead special projects for the department director.
• Provide Salesforce management and enhancements support.
• Provide ongoing monthly performance reporting for CRC & EMD.
