Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is seeking a capable Business Insurance Client Manager to oversee client relationships, renewals, and submissions from our Lexington office. You will collaborate with Client Team and Producers to prepare proposals, strategize renewals, and deliver exemplary service to a portfolio of accounts.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of relevant experience, a degree or equivalent work experience, and professional designations in progress.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior experience in business insurance client management.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Advanced Degree in RMIN, Finance, or Accounting is a plus.
• Advanced Designation (AAI, CISR, CIC, CRM, ARM, CPCU) in progress.
• Strong ability to prioritize, organize daily tasks and manage accounts.
• Experience growing a book of business with renewal strategy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client relationships independently or with Client Team.
• Prepare materials for client discussions and proposals.
• Support account team during high-volume periods as needed.
• Develop meeting agendas and client presentations.
• Attend client meetings when requested by Producer/Client Executive.
• MEntor Account Associates as needed.
• Provide renewal and new business support per internal processes.
• Coordinate endorsements, coverage changes, and carrier communications.
