Job summary

Encore Electric, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Coordinator to organize the project development department, ensure proposals are delivered on time, and assist in interview preparation. The role also handles marketing tasks for development projects.

You will support estimating and proposals, track deadlines, and help build collateral to attract owners, consultants, and manufacturers. A strong emphasis on organization and communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management is required.
• Five years’ experience in Marketing, Business Development or Account Management preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as administrative/tactical support for Estimating Manager and PMs across day-to-day needs.
• Assist with proposal assembly and formatting to reduce manual layout work.
• Support pulling together budgetary/rough-order-of-magnitude estimates on early-stage pursuits.
• Track proposal deadlines and submission requirements to ensure compliance and timely submissions.
• Coordinate document collection and formatting for qualifications packages and SOQ submittals.
• Maintain a repository of past proposal language and pricing assumptions for reuse.
• Provide general admin backstop including scheduling, meeting prep, and CRM data entry.
• Develop and maintain marketing collateral by audience and update proposal boilerplate.
