Bonhams is seeking a Business Associate to provide strategic and operational support to the Managing Director, US, and the SVP, Head of Business Development. You will coordinate cross‑functional activity across major consignments, flagship auctions, and high‑value client engagements, while maintaining CRM data and preparing analyses.

Work closely with General Managers, Specialists, and Marketing to drive opportunities, with time‑to‑time executive administrative support such as calendar

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
• 5–8 years in business development or related field.
• Experience supporting pipelines, CRM systems, pitches, or reporting processes.
• Strong analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate business-development opportunities and pipelines.
• Prepare deal analyses and performance reports.
• Support client pitches, events, and proposals.
• Track outcomes and maintain CRM data.
• Assist in budgets and operational reporting.
