METAL CRAFT, a precision machining company in Elk River, MN, seeks a Business Development Account Manager to drive growth by building strong client relationships and delivering tailored solutions. This role manages sales, service, and satisfaction, while coordinating with internal teams to meet contract requirements and pricing strategies.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in sales or business development within manufacturing, with strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (business, marketing, engineering or operations preferred).
• 3–5 years sales or business development, customer service, or sales experience; manufacturing experience, project management experience, leadership experience recommended.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong long-term client relationships for new and existing customers.
• Manage all aspects of sales, service, and satisfaction for active, new, and potential customers.
• Provide excellent customer service in a team-oriented environment.
• Monitor and improve customer satisfaction and product performance.
• Lead contract requirements flow-down and order planning; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Develop New Product Development project plans and timelines; lead cross-functional meetings.
• Oversee customer daily business interactions and pricing with estimating; develop proposals and administer contracts.
• Assess project profitability and develop solutions to improve.
