METAL CRAFT, located in Elk River, MN, is seeking a Business Development Account Manager to drive client success and growth. You will build long-term relationships, manage sales, service, and satisfaction for customers, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver winning solutions.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, plus 3–5 years in sales or business development within manufacturing or related fields. Travel about 20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or operations.
• 3–5 years sales or business development experience; manufacturing, project management, or leadership recommended.
• Knowledge of ISO9001/AS9100 and government regulatory requirements is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong long-term client-business relationships for both new and existing customers.
• Manage all aspects of sales, service, and satisfaction for active, new, and potential customers.
• Provide excellent customer service working in a team-oriented environment.
• Monitor and proactively improve customer satisfaction and product performance.
• Lead customer contract requirements flow down and order planning to ensure both company and customer needs are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop proposals and administer contracts.
