Chase in New York invites a Business Relationship Manager to help clients grow their businesses through thoughtful financial solutions, education, and advice. You will manage a portfolio of new and existing business clients, focusing on client experience and risk management.

In this role, you will acquire and retain 70–90 business clients with $1–$5M revenue, deliver deposit and cash management solutions, and collaborate with partners across lines of business to meet client goals.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related lending experience.
• Knowledge of business credit and core business products/services with understanding of industry differences.
• Strong communication skills with clients and internal partners.
• Ability to balance client needs with firm risk and escalate when needed.

Aufgaben

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 70–90 business clients with $1–$5M revenue; provide deposits, cash management, and credit up to $500k.
• Deliver an outstanding experience to Chase clients with tailored business banking solutions.
• Use knowledge of business, finance, banking, credit, and risk management to identify and promote profitable solutions for clients.
• Conduct regular in-person calls with prospects and clients to build relationships and follow a disciplined development process.
• Identify and pursue new business clients to cultivate long-term primary banking relationships.
• Identify clients' financial goals and coordinate with partners across lines of business to connect clients with specialists.
• Support assigned branches and protect the firm by following sound risk management protocols.
