Responsibilities

• Lead High-Impact, Cross-Functional Initiatives by heading multi-disciplinary teams to scope and execute complex business and infrastructure proposals.
• Drive Prosci-aligned change management and design comprehensive organizational change strategies with training, communication, and coaching.
• Design and reengineer business processes to improve efficiency, resource utilization, and decision-making capabilities.
• Perform advanced risk and financial analysis to predict project outcomes and optimize resources and budget.
• Direct end-to-end project and portfolio execution, managing milestones, schedules, and deliverables.
• Coach and advise leadership at all levels to build sponsorship for strategic transitions and empower teams through change.
• Integrate cutting-edge technology solutions with cross-functional teams to implement software tools supporting grid operations and infrastructure projects.
• Champion stakeholder engagement and influence by building consensus and presenting data-driven findings to executives.
