Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business analysis, strategy, or stakeholder engagement.
• Strong facilitation and meeting management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to create executive-level materials.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with data visualization is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements and organizational needs.
• Develop executive presentations, briefing materials, white papers, and reports.
