Qualifications

• Experience in Construction, Construction Management or as Project Manager.
• PMP or CAPM certification.
• Broad knowledge of analytical methods, approaches and tactics.
• Strong understanding of what-if modeling concepts and analysis of factors affecting outcomes.
• Creative problem-solving to develop solutions.
• Qualitative and quantitative analytical skills to justify changes.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for management.
• Knowledge of key drivers affecting business results.
• Strong project management knowledge and skills to lead teams.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization and multi-tasking skills.
• Adaptable to changing conditions and ambiguity.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Project, Visio or similar.
• Experience with SAP, Ariba, P6.

Responsibilities
