Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
2–5 years in Business Analysis, Project Coordination, or related role.
Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Experience facilitating stakeholder meetings and requirements discussions.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or similar delivery methodologies.
Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Responsibilities

Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand needs, goals, and project objectives.
Gather, document, validate, and manage business requirements, process flows, and functional specs.
Support project planning: schedule management, status reporting, meeting coordination, action tracking.
Facilitate stakeholder interviews, requirements workshops, and project working sessions.
Translate business requirements into actionable deliverables for technical teams.
Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues; escalate as needed.
Maintain project documentation, notes, decisions, and artifacts.
Help define business metrics, KPIs, and success measures.
Perform data analysis to identify trends and process improvements.
Support testing activities including UAT and defect tracking.
Communicate project status to stakeholders clearly.
Collaborate with local and remote team members to support delivery.
