You will develop and maintain financial planning tools, analyze sales trends, generate KPI reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive performance and People First culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, product planning, forecasting, or analytics.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated financial planning tools and reporting processes.
• Analyze sales trends, forecasts, and financial performance to support business decisions.
• Generate monthly sales, capital plan, and KPI reports for initiatives.
• Create and evaluate financial business cases for new product development opportunities.
• Monitor actual sales vs forecasts and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Support international pricing activities, including price index maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and communicate data.
• Drive continuous improvement of reporting processes and tools.
• Support a People First culture through collaboration and accountability.
