Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years in business analysis or related roles.
• CRM expertise, including Salesforce.
• Experience in higher education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support discovery sessions to clarify and document business needs.
• Develop and maintain business process documentation.
• Translate business needs into actionable requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with CRM, case management, and reporting teams to align processes.
• Assist in testing activities and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Support SFS operations knowledge to reflect compliance needs.
• Build relationships across EM and SFS to drive improvements.
• Participate in multi-project planning and execution.
