Job summary

The University of Colorado Boulder’s Enrollment Management division is seeking a Strategic Business Analyst to join the Strategy & Solutions team. This role supports process improvement across the division and acts as a liaison to Student Financial Services, delivering clear requirements and mapping business processes across CRM, case management, and reporting environments.

Reporting to EMSS leadership, the analyst synthesizes input, drafts documentation, and coordinates with technical partners

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field.
• 3+ years in business analysis or related roles with requirements gathering and process mapping.
• CRM experience with Salesforce and integration projects.
• Experience with enterprise systems and project management tools (Asana, Smartsheet).

Responsibilities

• Conduct requirements analysis and document business needs for Enrollment Management.
• Create business process docs, flows, and swim lanes.
• Translate needs into actionable requirements for technical teams.
• Collaborate with CRM, case management, and reporting systems teams.
• Support testing activities and UAT with test scenarios.
• Coordinate projects using Asana and Smartsheet to align with objectives.
