Credence is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support government organizations by aligning technology with business and mission goals. The Analyst will facilitate decision‑making, document processes, and drive efficiency and innovation across AI, data, and IT projects.

The role requires a BA/BS, 5+ years of experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work with cross‑functional teams to deliver data‑driven recommendations and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; data analysis capability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Business Needs: gather and document requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria).
• Process Improvement: update workflows and propose efficiency solutions.
• Data Analysis: derive actionable insights to support decisions.
• Documentation: document requirements, workflows, current and future state models.
• Implementation Support: participate in QA and lead UAT testing.
• Liaison Role: bridge business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Reporting: generate status and risk reports for executives.
