Corporate One Federal Credit Union in Columbus, OH seeks a Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technical solutions. You will gather requirements, translate them into user stories, and collaborate with product owners and delivery teams in an Agile environment.

With 3–5 years of BA or product development experience and proficiency in Azure DevOps and Microsoft Office, you’ll help shape workflows and system designs that deliver value to members and colleagues alike.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in Business Analysis or Product Development.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and delivering software solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience eliciting requirements and documenting business processes.
• Experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or comparable Agile tool.

Responsibilities

• Translate objectives and needs into actionable requirements and backlog items.
• Lead discovery sessions to map processes, goals, challenges.
• Create clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements.
• Prioritize backlogs with product owners and delivery teams.
• Analyze requirements for completeness and alignment with standards.
• Document workflows and system requirements with diagrams.
• Support Agile ceremonies like grooming, sprint planning, standups.
• Track requirements through the project lifecycle and manage changes.
• Prepare reports and solution options for business challenges.
