Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 2+ years of budgeting or contract negotiation experience.
• Experience with clinical budgeting and contracting in biopharma/CROs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review budgets and contracts to study-specific parameters.
• Negotiate and review contract amendments and letters.
• Develop and maintain financial KPIs for budget decision logs.
• Oversee contract execution process including signatures and uploads to CMS.
• Engage with internal clients, stakeholders, vendors, and sites to communicate effectively.
• Ensure internal systems, folders, and reports are updated timely and accurately.
• Assist with other management tasks as assigned.
