Job summary

DCS Corporation is seeking a motivated summer intern currently studying finance, accounting or business to support our Army customer in a fast-paced program office at Fort Belvoir, VA.

You will learn about government planning, programming, and budget execution, gaining exposure to how an Army program business office operates. The internship emphasizes hands-on experience with budgeting, funding, and program management processes.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, developing, coordinating, and executing program funding.
• Assist with budget input preparations in accordance with applicable policies.
• Help develop program plans and controls for current and future programs, including milestones.
• Support funding execution using ERP tools (GFEBS, LMP) to create purchase requests.
• Prepare manpower data, POM builds, APRV development, SPAR support, and review acquisition documents.
