Job summary

Credence in the United States seeks a Strategic Management and Financial Planning Coordinator for the Humanitarian Assistance Support Contract (HASC). This six-month role supports budget planning, financial policy, and cross‑bureau coordination to advance GHSD's global health diplomacy efforts.

Under the supervision of a DOS GTM, you will develop allocations, prepare budget tables, and coordinate funding documents for senior leadership. A U.S.

Qualifications

• MA/MS and 6+ years of relevant work experience, OR BA/BS and 8+ years, OR high school diploma and 12+ years.
• Preferred BA/MA in public administration, public policy, business, finance, economics, international affairs, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible experience in strategic planning, budget formulation and execution, financial management, program management, or federal operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop program financial allocations and recommendations for use by senior leadership.
• Coordinate President's Budget formulation activities, including preparation of budget taskers, financial formulation requests, budget tables, and analyses.
• Coordinate and prepare development, review, clearance, and submission of funding approval memoranda, congressional notifications, interagency fund transfer agreements, and related financial documentation for leadership.
• Manage and coordinate operational planning activities for FY 2027 and future cycles.
• Collaborate across the Bureau and Agency to support strategic planning, budgeting, reporting, resource management, and performance management.
• Prepare briefing materials, presentations, reports, and responses to information requests related to planning and budgeting.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• An active or recently active U.S. government security clearance is required.
