Job summary

Credence Management Solutions, LLC seeks a Strategic Management and Financial Planning Coordinator to support the Bureau of Global Health Security and Diplomacy. The role coordinates financial policy and planning for the PPEV team within GHSD, under the supervision of a DOS manager and Credence contract supervisor.

The position supports 24/7 response capabilities, fiscal planning, and strategic budgeting for DOS programs, with an emphasis on accountability and performance management.

Qualifications

• MA/MS plus 6+ years of relevant work experience or BA/BS with 8+ years of experience.
• Public administration, public policy, finance or related field is preferred.
• Experience supporting federal budget processes and executive briefing materials.

Responsibilities

• Develop program financial allocations and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Coordinate Budget formulation activities and supporting justification materials.
• Prepare funding approval memoranda and congressional notifications.
• Manage operational planning for FY 2027 and planning cycles for FY 2028.
• Collaborate across Bureau and Agency for budgeting, reporting, and performance.
• Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and responses on planning and finance.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
